I was excited to get my new Serta Bellagio at Home on my bed. I loved the way it looked and felt when I put it on my bed frame. I couldn't wait until it was time to go to bed and I must say I was not disappointed. I didn't know what a good night sleep felt like until I slept on my new Serta mattress. For the first time in a long time I slept through the night and didn't wake up until the morning. My husband said the same thing when he woke up in the morning. We both woke up refreshed and feeling good. Good job Serta.

Selected the medium firmness for this mattress set and was not disappointed. Right combination of soft and supportive. This set does require deep pocket sheets! You definitely need to rotate this mattress after the first few days as the top settles. I sleep on one side and started a noticeable divot after four days. It did improve with the Serta recommended rotation.

Talk about comfort and a night of full sleep. No tossing and turning and no painful neck. The Bellagio at home mattress set feels like every night at a 4 star hotel at home! I feel perfectly rested in the mornings and I don't feel my husband move through the night. Being a light sleeper this has greatly improved my rest. This is a well made mattress, stitching is very uniform and its very stylish and a shame to have to cover it with a mattress protector. Very pleased and highly recommended.

I received my mattress a few weeks ago and have had the pleasure of breaking it in. First I’d like to say the visual quality of the bed caught my eye first, after sleeping on it for a few weeks I can say this bed is good quality for those who like really firm beds. The bed is VERY firm but also contours to your body in a way giving you a comfortable position, for those who love cool beds the mattress stays cool so I haven’t woke up hot and sweaty in the middle of the night since sleeping in it.. overall this is a pretty good bed and I recommend it.

The Bellagio at home pillow top mattress has far exceeded my expectations. This mattress is so plush and luxurious ( my wife's words) it is remarkable. This will sound corny, but honestly I cannot tell you the last time I woke up with minimal back and leg pain. Who knew getting a new mattress would make such a difference. Even my children are in awe. And don't get me started on our dogs haha. My wife says it's the right amount of firm squish and comfort. The kids said they are asking Santa for Serta. My mother comes over to watch our kids, even she has napped in our bed. She reminded me my folks anniversary is soon with a wink. This bed is fantastic.

I love the product very comfortable although I am not iimpressed with how much heat it hold. Definitely recommend a cover it hold in odors pretty well too but it hugs your body in all the right places and I get a good night's rest on it

This mattress is the best one I have ever owned. It feels very comfortable and the top pillow lets you sink just enough to get that softness without the getting stuck feeling. It's just firm enough to get rid of morning aches and pains but soft and cool because of the pillow top. I was impressed with the unique and innovative precision and control of this mattress in that is conforms to your unique shape to ensure personalized back support. My back no longer hurts and I feel well rested. This mattress is heavenly, the comfort level is unmatched to anything I have ever slept on- including luxury cruise lines and hotels. If you haven't tried one out yet, I'd highly recommend doing so!

This is a super comfy mattress! I provide support all over, even when close to the edge the mattress does not collapse and supports your body weight. He has a firm but comfortable feel. The construction is obviously of top quality. Stitching is excellent. I wake up feeling refreshed! I definitely recommend it.

I love this bed, it's very comfortable. I have been sleeping through the night and don't have anymore back pain. I haven't had or noticed any sagging. I got a low profile frame for it and with the box spring and mattress it's the perfect height for me. It did have a smell when it was delivered but it aired out pretty quickly. I really like that it has handles for easy moving.

This mattress is a dream come true! It is very comfortable; I am able to sleep on my back without pain, plus I wake feeling rested! The mattress has nice stitching and is very thick and sturdy. I love the handles on the side to move it easily. The box spring is supportive and well made.

I have been using the Serta Bellagio at Home Pillow Top mattress for a little over a week now. This is a wonderful mattress. It doesn't droop or sag or leave indentations in the mattress or pulls one person closer to the other one. My back is not sore anymore when I wake up. I am sleeping all night, soundly, and comfortably. The mattress is firm yet not too firm, and I am feel refreshed in the morning. I am looking forward to not having to flip it in 6 months, only turn it, as this is a no-flip mattress. There was no smell from the materials or plastic when it was delivered. The stitching seems to be typical of Serta's reputation in that it's even and not loose. The fabric color combination is so rich looking that it's a shame to put sheets on it. I am very happy with the quality of this mattress.

I'm grateful to have the opportunity to review my experience with the Bellagio Pillow Top Queen Mattress. I'll start with the delivery. The delivery personnel were very courteous. I received a call when the crew was about 30 minutes from my home which allowed me plenty of time to get ready. They engaged in small talk and had no problem delivering the mattress inside my home. I only wish I didn't smell cigarette smoke on them. Our household is very sensitive to cigarette smoke and we had to leave some doors and windows open for an hour or so until the house aired out. My overall experience with the mattress has been great. It is a bit softer than I thought it would be but I believe this is because it is a pillow top and I've not had a pillow top mattress before. I'm used to medium firmness and do believe this to hold true to that firmness. It took about a week to adjust to sleeping. I believe you have an adjustment period with any mattress switch so I wasn't concerned with this at all. After the week I was able to lay down, sink into a comfortable position, and receive a nice night of rest. I didn't feel like I moved around as much as I normally do to find a comfortable position. I felt I was comfortable right away. I'm used to sleeping on a King size vs a Queen and feel that my sleep quality/adjustment was affected more by the size difference. The height of the mattress was also a change. This is my first pillow top and I wasn't prepared for the added height. Not a big deal at all. It just took a bit of time to remember the height if I got out of bed for any reason in the middle of the night. I also felt that my body temperature was not affected by the mattress. Some mattresses make you so hot and uncomfortable and I didn't feel that way at all with the Bellagio. My dogs sleep on the bed with me and I can say that they have really enjoyed the mattress. They get into a position and do not want to be bothered for anything. On my old mattress they would spend forever getting comfortable. With the pillow top they sink right into the perfect position. My sleeping partner has also noticed a difference in movement during the night. He's unable to feel the bed move if I change sleeping positions and once he mentioned this to me I was able to confirm the same. It's nice to not be bounced all around if one person is moving around in the bed. I do have a history of back problems and have not noticed a difference in my normal range of pain. I think this is because of the pillow top. A firmer mattress would probably help the discomfort I always feel when sleeping no matter the mattress. I'd recommend the Bellagio to others who are seeking a new mattress and I've been very happy. It's the nicest mattress I've slept on and look forward to many years out of it.

My purchased arrived earlier than expected. The delivery drivers were very professional. Mattress was ship in the original plastic. My sleep improved and joint pain started to ease up.
