Poor customer service
I brought a a Visions PS 11 in 2015 . It has been a huge disappointment especially after paying $ 1774 for it , on sale , just the mattress . About 2 yrs ago it slowly had developed a dent in it even with regular rotation . We tried to use the warranty but again a huge disappointment as the indentation did not meet the specifications set by the company . Imagine .one would think that any sink hole in a mattress of supposed quality would qualify as a problem . Well not for Serta , just for the customer. I now find myself shopping for a new mattress as my husband has lost enough sleep . Not right Serta . Not right !
